Here's how it works... Last-Minute Changes: Need to cancel more than 48 hours before your tour? No worries, we'll refund your payment in full. Unexpected Twists: If something comes up and you need to cancel within 48 hours, we'll refund 50% of your payment. Unforeseen Circumstances: For cancellations on the day of the tour, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
