ABOUT YOUR TOUR
The custom bike tour is the best way to see the city at a relaxed pace, with a stop for lunch and everything customized to your liking. We can visit at least three major stops and perhaps squeeze in even more depending on our plan and the pace on the day. The most common route is the East Side (Ginkakuji, Heian Shrine, Nanzenji) but we also have a special South Side route which visits Fushimi Inari, Tofukuji Temple and Sanjusangendo.
WHERE WE MEET:
We meet at the McDonald's at the corner of Sanjo and Higashioji streets closest to Higashiyama station and from there it's a 2min walk to the temple where we start the tour.
IMPORTANT INFO:
Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before the departure time of the tour, for group tours we wait no more than 5 minutes and private tours a maximum of 30mins. We do not offer refunds for last minute cancellations or no-shows.
